3.       Why does GBT collect this data?

We only process your data if we have a legitimate reason to do so, among those clearly identified below:

a.          your first and last name and, if applicable, the name of the company you represent, to create your account and then allow you to access the Site and order the products we offer. This data is necessary for the execution of the contract;

b.          your date of birth to ensure that you are of legal age and thus enable you to validly enter into contracts with us. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in verifying your ability to enter into a contract with us;

c.          your address, email address and telephone number so that we can contact you. This data is necessary for the sale of products or to send you our newsletter, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. If required by applicable law, your consent will be sought before the newsletter is sent;

d.          your bank details in order to validate that you have paid the price of the products ordered. These data are necessary for the execution of the contracts concluded with you;

e.          data transmitted by the Site's cookies for internal analysis and statistical purposes. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving our services and for advertising purposes, and with your consent where required by applicable law;

f.           all data submitted may be processed in order to comply with our legal obligations and other legal requirements;

4.       With whom can GBT share your data?

7.       How does GBT protect your data?

In any case, you are free to ask GBT to keep your data longer, in the perspective of a possible re-subscription, or to the extent necessary to continue receiving our newsletter.

Instead of destroying or deleting your data, GBT may decide to make it permanently anonymous so as to make it impossible to identify you.

9.       What are your rights in relation to your data?
