3.       Why does GBT collect this data?

We only process your data if we have a legitimate reason to do so, among those clearly identified below:

a.          your first and last name and, if applicable, the name of the company you represent, to create your account and then allow you to access the Site and order the products we offer. This data is necessary for the execution of the contract;

b.          your date of birth to ensure that you are of legal age and thus enable you to validly enter into contracts with us. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in verifying your ability to enter into a contract with us;

c.          your address, email address and telephone number so that we can contact you. This data is necessary for the sale of products or to send you our newsletter, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. 8.       How long does GBT keep your data?
