A rose gold diamond daisy
In the language of flowers codified in the 19th century, the daisy symbolised innocence, and jewellers have drawn upon this to create one of their most enduring designs. This 18-carat rose gold daisy ring offers a clear interpretation of this motif, with seven round brilliant-cut diamonds arranged in a corolla. The centre diamond, estimated at approximately 0.08 carats, is surrounded by six diamonds of approximately 0.03 carats each, giving a total estimated weight of 0.26 carats. The stones are white and vibrant, and together they form a single, seamless flower that reflects light like a larger stone. Architecture and jewellery craftsmanship
The six diamonds in the crown are held in place by six ball-shaped prongs, each shared between two neighbouring stones. This setting minimises the visible metal and brings the diamonds so close together that they almost touch around the central stone. The flower rises above a polished ring shank with a rounded, slender and even profile, which allows the design to take centre stage. On the hand, the flower head remains compact and the rose gold warms the white of the diamonds, creating a gentle harmony that can be worn just as well on its own as with a delicate wedding band.
