Chronometric accuracy is thus maintained during flight. The reference time remains permanently displayed on a 24-hour disc that slides within a semi-circular aperture at 12 o’clock. The stainless steel case measures 39 mm in diameter and is 11 mm thick. It has an all-over brushed finish to prevent any unwanted glare in a cockpit. The internal architecture incorporates a soft-iron cage to protect the mechanical movement from magnetic fields. Protected by a convex sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating, the matt black dial offers optimal contrast with the white-painted hour markers and sword-shaped hands fitted with luminescent material. The date window is positioned at 3 o’clock, complementing the second time zone display. The watch is powered by the self-winding Calibre 37526, oscillating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and delivering a 42-hour power reserve. The steel bracelet consists of five rows of articulated links with a brushed finish, fastened with a secure folding clasp.
