The sides of the stainless-steel case middle are adorned with superb vertical fluting, creating a subtle play of light on the wrist. The midnight-blue dial, cut from genuine mother-of-pearl, reveals a central medallion richly guilloché with radiating motifs. 4 applied Roman numerals and 8 hour-markers set with genuine diamonds complete the dial, which is flanked by slender pear-shaped pink gold-plated hands. The winding crown features deep striations and is topped with a dark cabochon evoking the great Parisian jewellery creations.
