Exclusive Audemars Piguet caliber 3126/3840, 21,600 vibrations per hour, frequency 3 Hz, 59 jewels, power reserve 50 hours, 365 components.The 22-carat gold oscillating weight has received an anthracite galvanic treatment and is decorated with the Audemars Piguet logo and Michael Schumacher's famous "MS" signature, which appears in relief and in three dimensions.
Rose gold 750 / 18-carat case 44 mm in diameter with octagonal Cermet bezel. Polished black ceramic push buttons topped with a rose gold coating and 750 / 18 karat microblasted rose gold crown, microblasted titanium crown and pushers protector.
Gray dial with "Mega Tapestry" pattern, 750 / 18 karat rose gold circled counters, gray engraved tachymeter flange. Applique hour markers and Royal Oak hands in pink gold with luminescent coating. Date window in red color at three o'clock and small seconds counter at noon.
Grey rubber strap matching the bezel with 750 / 18K rose gold pin buckle.
Steel screwed back with sapphire crystal revealing the movement and anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
Michael Schumacher was personally involved in the creation of the watch that bears his name, working closely with Audemars Piguet's artistic director, Octavio Garcia. Applying the same rigorous standards to the project as he does to his profession, he immersed himself in creating a watch that respects the Royal Oak Offshore's heritage in functionality and aesthetics, while incorporating hints of a remarkable life behind the wheel.
The charcoal gray dial, decorated with Royal Oak Offshore's famous "Mega Tapestry" pattern, is subtly marked around the perimeter of the tachymeter scale between positions 12 and 1 with two blue and five red stars symbolizing the driver's seven record-breaking championship victories, two driving Benetton in 1994 and 1995 and five driving Ferrari between 2000 and 2004.
