This 2024 Carrera Calibre Heuer CH02T illustrates TAG Heuer’s contemporary approach, combining the collection’s historic sporty DNA with an emblematic high-horology complication: the tourbillon, integrated into a modern, chronometer-certified chronograph.
Case, movement and strap
This model is powered by the Heuer CH02T calibre, a Swiss Made COSC-certified tourbillon chronograph movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), composed of 39 jewels and offering an approximate power reserve of 65 hours. The chronograph displays 1/4-second timing, with a 30-minute counter and a 12-hour counter, complemented by a one-minute tourbillon positioned at 6 o’clock. The 45 mm case combines titanium and PVD-coated ceramic, with a ceramic bezel, sapphire caseback and water resistance to 100 metres. The skeletonised black dial highlights two snailed sub-dials, positioned at 3 o’clock for the chronograph minutes and at 9 o’clock for the hours, while the watch is fitted with a black rubber and leather strap, secured by a TAG Heuer grade 2 sandblasted titanium folding clasp.
