The setting rests on a main structure comprising a twisted-link chain. At the centre is an openwork eight-pointed star, the visible face of which is entirely pavé-set with 40 diamonds held in place by a regular grain setting. Extending from this element is an 11 cm pendant designed to rest on top of the shank. The piece is finished with a second solid star, positioned near the clasp, set with a solitaire diamond in a star-shaped closed setting.
