Launched at the end of the 20th century, Piaget’s Possession collection introduced a mechanical dimension to jewellery thanks to its rotating ring. This pre-owned Bandeau model ring is a perfect illustration of this technical approach. Crafted in 18-carat white gold, it has a substantial presence on the finger. Reference G34PX600 features 122 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling 3.98 carats. The design remains sleek despite the density of the setting. The colourless stones offer a clear and uniform view of the material.
Architecture and jewellery craftsmanship
The setting comprises two interlocking cylindrical metal bands. A fixed base ring, with a wide profile, supports a movable upper ring mounted off-centre. The entire outer surface is structured by a regular setting forming a fine grid. This grid holds the stones in place via discreet prongs positioned at the corners of the recesses, ensuring a continuous line. The upper band rotates smoothly. The inside of the ring features a smooth polish designed for everyday wear.

The inside of the ring bears the usual authenticity markings, including the 750 Au hallmark and size 54. The individual serial number G03305 and the hallmark guarantee the provenance of the setting. The ring is supplied with its original black Piaget case and a certificate of value issued by the manufacture in 2018. The integrity of the gem-setting has been checked by our workshops to ensure the security of each gemstone.
