The story of this Omega Aqua Terra James Bond “SPECTRE”
Introduced in 2016, this Omega was developed to coincide with the release of the film James Bond: Spectre. It’s part of the iconic relationship between Omega and Agent 007, initiated in 1995 with GoldenEye. This limited edition pays tribute to the Bond universe through numerous visual and symbolic elements, notably the Bond family coat of arms and the iconic number 15 007, directly linked to the character. Produced in only 15 007 pieces worldwide, this watch is now highly sought after by collectors and movie-watch enthusiasts.
Case, calibre and bracelet
This Omega features a 41.5 mm stainless steel case, water-resistant to 150 metres and protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The deep blue dial is decorated with the Bond family coat of arms motif, with luminescent indexes and hands, a date window at 3 o’clock, and a seconds hand also incorporating the Bond emblem. The transparent case back reveals the automatic Master Co-Axial calibre 8507, equipped with 39 jewels, a frequency of 25 200 vibrations per hour, a 60-hour power reserve and exceptional magnetic resistance of 15 007 gauss. The watch is fitted with a blue nylon strap with yellow stitching and a stainless steel folding clasp, and is also delivered with a second stainless steel bracelet.
