Titanium and tungsten winding rotor, enhanced with Super-LumiNova. 42 mm-diameter 316L steel case with black nylon-covered leather strap with green stitching and M.A.D. double folding clasp.

The dial features a fully visible triple-bladed titanium and tungsten balance. The time is read by two discs (black and green) located on the side of the watch: the hours and minutes are read at 6 o'clock.

In 2023, the MB&F team announced the M.A.D.1 Green: a third edition of the M.A.D.1 wristwatch, first unveiled in June 2021 under a separate label, M.A.D.Editions. After the original M.A.D.1 Blue ("Friends and Tribe Edition") and the M.A.D.1 Red, the M.A.D.1 Green joined the colorful M.A.D.Editions series in September 2023. With this new choice of vivid mint green, fans and collectors who had been unable to acquire their own M.A.D.1 were given a new chance to join the wearers of the blue and red models.
