The history of this Hublot King Power F1 Limited Edition
This Hublot, reference 703.CI.1123.NR.FM010, was created in 2011 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Formula 1. From the King Power line, it embodies Hublot’s most radical and sporty approach, with imposing proportions and a design directly inspired by the automotive world. Produced as a limited and numbered edition of 500 pieces, this watch pays tribute to F1 through its aesthetic codes and technical materials, making it a true collector’s piece sought after by enthusiasts of sporty watchmaking.
Case, movement and bracelet
This watch features a 48 mm case in titanium and black ceramic, paired with a black ceramic and carbon bezel shaped like a brake disc, secured by H-shaped titanium screws, a signature of the Maison. The black dial, adorned with the Formula 1 logo, displays the chronograph minutes at 3 o’clock, chronograph hours at 6 o’clock, small seconds at 9 o’clock, as well as a date at 4:30. The ensemble is powered by the HUB4100 automatic mechanical movement, composed of 25 jewels, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offering a 42-hour power reserve. The movement is visible through the transparent sapphire crystal case back. The watch is fitted with a black rubber and nylon strap with red stitching, completed by a black titanium folding clasp engraved Hublot. The whole is protected by a sapphire crystal with circular anti-reflective and satin treatment and offers water resistance to 100 metres.
