We find the iconic Mustang taillights that are subtly laser engraved on the right side of the case. The laser-engraved Mustang grille is presented on the left side of the P-51.

The noon power reserve disc is created to resemble the fuel gauge of a Mustang. But while on the classic Mustang the E (empty) indicator is on the left, it was reversed on the P-51 due to the mechanical movement.
The anthracite three-hand central dial printed in dark green and orange with date is inspired by the dashboard of the Ford Mustang.
