Inverse Miyota 821 A calibre self-winding movement with a frequency of 3 Hz and 21,600 vph, for a 60-hour power reserve. Titanium and tungsten winding rotor, enhanced with Super-LumiNova. 42 mm-diameter 316 L steel case with black nylon-covered leather strap with green stitching and M.A.D. double folding clasp.

The dial features a fully visible triple-bladed titanium and tungsten balance, and the time is read by the 2 discs (black and green) on the side of the watch, with the hours and minutes at 6 o'clock.

In 2023, the MB&F team announced the M.A.D.1 GREEN: a third edition of the M.A.D.1 wristwatch it first unveiled in June 2021 under a separate label, M.A.D.Editions. After the original M.A.D.1 Blue ("Friends and Tribe Edition") and the M.A.D.1 RED, the M.A.D.1 GREEN joined the colorful M.A.D.Editions series in September 2023. With this new choice of vivid mint green, fans and collectors who were unable to acquire their own M.A.D.1 were given a new chance to join the wearers of the blue and red models.
