The manually wound mechanical show Leonidas calibre base Valjoux 92, 37 mm cushion case with plexiglass glass.
In 1964, Heuer acquired Leonidas, a leading manufacturer of chronometers and chronographs.
The acquisition of Leonidas has significantly expanded Heuer's range of chronometers.
In 1968, Heuer introduced the Camaro with the all-new cushion case, which moved away for the first time from traditional round-shaped cases. Very popular with racing drivers, most Camaro models are equipped with a tachymeter scale on the dial. Production continued until the early 1970s with nearly 50 Camaro models, all with hand-wound movements. The shape of the cushion case will inspire the famous Monaco square.
Dr grey frame with 1 counter for small seconds at 9 o'clock and chronograph minute counter at 3 o'clock. Plexiglas glass.
Perforated leather strap with yellow stitching with steel pin buckle.
Collector's show in good condition in its juice with a 2-year warranty.
